Toltpeg

Glossam:

Built in 486 as the first city of Tyari Tereg. It was founded by lord Uther Horan, the first duke. It served as a base of operations for the Troll campaign. The Horan Palace was built here in 490, and it became the capital city of Tyari Tereg. The city is reknowned for its underground tombs, one of the wonders of North Rhutalath.

Goldmill:
Originally built in 490 at the onset of the Troll Wars, this was originally just a fortress containing Tyari Tereg's warriors. It was here that the majority of warriors were stationed during the wars, and also here that the last battle, The Battle of Goldmill, was fought in 550. Since the beginning of the Dwarven Trading agreement, in 630, this has been a very important trading town, and a great market has been established.

Dwar:
Constructed in 646 as a resting point for Dwarf traders on their way to Goldmill. It eventually acquired its own market, though not as large as that of Goldmill. The 'Jolly Dwarf' inn was the first building on this site, and is still around today.

Numo:
This town was established in 487 as a port for trade with the Garan Isles. It was also used to ship in reinforcements in the Troll Wars. now it serves as a base for the majority of Tyari Tereg's Navy.

Senar:
Built in 512 as a fishing village for Flumele, this port quickly grew in size. It now serves as the chief haven in Tyari Tereg for the Dwarves of the Anvil Isles. The town was reputedly first settled by outlawed members of the Cult of the Moon, among others, and Alwan Forest is still rumoured to be a place of mystery, where the cult still performs their bizarre rituals.

Flumele:

Originally built in 500, as the land was cleared of Forest Trolls. The town grew quickly, reaching large proportions in a short time. Now the second biggest city in Tyari Tereg, it serves as the home of the Tyarin Military.

Tara:
Founded in 755, this town served as an additional food source for Flumele. It is reknown for its giant orchards, which produce the top quality Taran apples.

Krul:
Originally an inn, 'The Mouse and Sow' built in 850 as a resting place between Glossam and Flumele. Now a small town. The mouse and Sow is the biggest inn in Tyari.

Lar:
Established in 1201 by peddlers, who wished to sell their goods to the soldiers of Trolgard. Now serves as a regular supply of food and other commodities. The only village in the Duchy to possess a brothel

Rockvale:
Originally a mining town set up in 513 to prospect for gold. The supply wasn't as big as originally anticipated and all the gold has long since vanished from the area. Now, a dangerous town full of unsavoury types. Most of the best mercenaries and adventurers can be hired here.

Kilwall:

Built in 690 by Rockvale prospectors, to find new gold. A small vein was found but, again, it has long since run out. Now a market town, supplying both the Dwarves and Rockvale.
